Returns & Satisfaction Policy

At RHEA, we stand behind our formulas. Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept physical returns to ensure the hygiene and safety of our inventory.

However, we want you to find the perfect match for your routine. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a product, here is how we can help:

Our Satisfaction Guarantee If a product isn't a fit for you, reach out to us at children@motherrhea.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • First-Time Orders: For your first time trying a specific product, we will offer Store Credit so you can try a different formula that better suits your needs.
  • Refund Requests: Full refunds to the original payment method are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a small processing fee.
  • Repeat Purchases: If you have purchased the same item previously, it is ineligible for a refund or credit under the satisfaction guarantee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, we will fix it immediately.

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. Attach a photo of the damaged product or the shipping label.
  3. We will issue a full refund or replacement—no need to ship the damaged item back.

Abuse of Policy To support our small business, we monitor for refund abuse. RHEA reserves the right to refuse service or refunds to any customer with a history of excessive refund requests.
